On May 6th, in the peaceful atmosphere of Lixia in Shenzhen, Junhuiteng Technology welcomed important guests such as Director Xing Weibing and Dr. Gao Jian from the China Electronics Standardization Research Institute, Professor Guo Weiqiang from the Department of Chemistry at Zhejiang University, and others. They gathered together to jointly develop and draft the group standard for "Determination of Four Phthalates in Electronic and Electrical Products - High Performance Liquid Chromatography Method".
Before the opening of the conference, Xing Weibing, RoHS standardization experts from China Electronics Standardization Institute, and Dr. Gao Jian, accompanied by Zhan Chunhong, General Manager of Junhuiteng Technology, visited the factory level RoHS 2.0 directive response one-stop display and testing center. Junhuiteng Technology provided a detailed introduction to the application of the factory and the current situation of existing customers, and experts praised Junhuiteng's business philosophy。
At 2 pm in the afternoon, the meeting officially began under the leadership of Zhan Chunhong, General Manager of Junhuiteng Technology. Firstly, Junhuiteng Technology shared the current industry applications and historical background of phthalates, as well as the purpose of their establishment;
The development of this standard has received strong support from the China Electronics Standardization Institute. Each participating unit will leverage their own strengths and share their experience and data with the entire industry and society after the standard is established, in order to gain more international discourse power and enhance the international influence of domestic instruments。
Dr. Gao Jian introduced the background of the establishment of this standard from the current development of RoHS testing technology and the current status of domestic and foreign standards. He analyzed and explained the importance of this standard in expanding the application of domestic high-performance liquid chromatography equipment in the field of RoHS testing. Finally, he hoped that all participating units would strive for excellence, respond quickly, and strive to complete the task by August and promote the introduction of the standard。
Mr. Wu Jianfa, Technical Director of Junhuiteng Technology, provided a detailed introduction to the completed experimental results, including method selection, pretreatment conditions, chromatographic column selection, and data validation. Subsequently, the preparation of standard samples, distribution of standard samples, data validation, data recovery, formation of initial drafts, third-party validation, formation of expert review drafts, expert review, modification to form approved drafts, and submission for approval of the entire standard formation timeline and key points of cooperation among various units will be explained。
Mr. Cao Fujian, the manager of Foxconn Group's Global Green Management Center, who participated in the drafting of the standard, put forward his own views on the characteristics of factory risk samples and the scope of future standard applicable instruments. And it is stated that corresponding task docking will be provided in conjunction with resources in the future。
Mr. Wu Zhaowen, Quality Director of Yilisheng (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a participating unit in the drafting of the standard, is an old user of liquid chromatography and has practical experience in the development of this standard. He also stated that the company's 8-year testing data and stored samples can be used for analysis and sharing。
Jiang Nengqiang, the manager of the testing center at Guangdong Tianjian Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd., a participating unit in the drafting of the standard, stated that the third-party testing stage of the standard will provide sample testing and data provision, as well as other tasks arranged by the task force；
Zhou Xingxing, the General Manager of Dongguan Deca Experimental Technology Co., Ltd., a participating unit in the drafting of the standard, introduced the industry issues such as the formation and shelf life of standard substances. He shared his experience in establishing other standards and stated that he would provide support and assistance for the standard substances required for the data inspection of "Determination of Four Phthalates in Electronic and Electrical Products - High Performance Liquid Chromatography" and undertake other tasks assigned by the task group；
Mr. Guo Weiqiang, Professor, Master's Supervisor, Master of Management, and Doctor of Science at Zhejiang University, was invited to provide valuable opinions on the review of standard theories, draft drafting, and standardization of task processes。
