Surface and shell cleaning: Use a slightly damp cloth for surface cleaning, do not use alkaline or acidic cleaning agents, use neutral cleaning agents.
Operator requirements: Non specialized personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the instrument. The operation must be carried out according to the operating steps to avoid incorrect operation that may result in inaccurate test results or affect the service life of the instrument.
Working environment: The equipment should be installed in a place without electromagnetic interference such as motors, vibrations, electromagnetics, high-voltage or high-frequency welders, to avoid interfering with the equipment's spectrum or causing the equipment to malfunction.
Internal and detector cleaning: During the cleaning process, care must be taken not to drop foreign objects into the testing window. The testing window should be kept clean and hard objects should not be used to contact the testing window to prevent damage to the detector window and X-ray tube window.
Precautions during instrument operation: When the RoHS halogen-free detector is in operation, do not open the protective cover of the instrument or aim the testing instrument at the human body.
Instrument placement: It is prohibited to place tea cups, heavy objects, and other items unrelated to testing on the instrument to avoid contamination or damage to the instrument.
Calibration: The instrument must be calibrated every time it is turned on and every 4 hours of continuous operation.
Radiation safety: As the instrument generates ionizing radiation, make sure not to point the instrument at people during testing.
Sample testing: Do not test the RoHS halogen-free detector against air, and do not hold the sample with your hands for testing.
