    After the promulgation of regulations that are very important for green manufacturing in China, the Green Manufacturing Committee for Electronic and Electrical Products has unprecedentedly invited more than 130 representatives from government departments, academic institutions, and the industry to create a platform that combines vertical extension of the industry chain with horizontal communication and dialogue among government, academia, enterprises, and cross industries. The aim is to accelerate the implementation of green manufacturing in China, and specifically explore the profound impact of the issuance of China's RoHS 2.0 standard management catalog on the industry and enterprises in the current international trade pattern.

    On April 24, 2018, the China Electronic Energy saving Technology Association organized relevant leaders and industry experts from the government regulatory departments of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, research institutes, testing institutions, brand manufacturers, equipment suppliers, etc. to gather at the Sheraton Shanghai Pudong Hotel to conduct in-depth discussions on international RoHS development trends, China's RoHS implementation status and trends, experience in hazardous substance control, new materials, new processes, new equipment, and new services related to RoHS;

    As an invited and sponsoring unit, Junhuiteng Technology showcased its own product: Organic Compound Comprehensive Tester LC-2800.

    During the meeting, we listened to the interpretation of specialized instructions and response plans from relevant experts, and industry leaders Foxconn and Huawei also shared their experiences in green manufacturing. During peak conversations and interactive Q&A sessions, everyone raised concerns.

    These standard participants from the government and academia, as well as industry leaders, have brought us a unique intellectual feast from different perspectives such as policy formulation and application background, endowing the forum with many highlights

    As a one-stop provider of professional solutions for RoHS 2.0, Junhuiteng Technology has proposed a structural system solution of "testing and showcasing", as well as a targeted "X+1" plan, which complements all existing brands of manufacturers' XRF scanning energy dispersive spectrometers for RoHS 1.0, completing the latest "4P" detection of DBP, BBP, DEHP, and DIBP in RoHS 2.0 proposed by the European Union, solving the last mile of organic matter testing in RoHS 2.0. We received professional comments from industry experts and green manufacturing experts on site, which also accumulated valuable experience for the factory to respond to RoHS2.0 in the future.

    About LC-2800

    LC-2800 is meticulously developed and produced by Shenzhen Junhuiteng Technology Co., Ltd. This product uses two precision high-pressure infusion pumps combined with a variable wavelength ultraviolet detector, which can achieve the separation and detection of most organic compounds. This includes dealing with polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, phthalates in the RoHS directive, phthalates in the REACH directive, California's 65 benzene testing, formaldehyde and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the EN71 toy directive; And testing of organic compounds: testing of fumaric acid, dimethylformamide, bisphenol A, azo fuel, nonylphenol, aromatic amines, and other substances.

    Response testing: Phthalates (PAEs), azo dyes (AZO), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), formaldehyde, fumarate (DMFU), dimethylformamide (DMFA), bisphenol A (BPA), nonylphenol (NP), RoHS 2.0 regulation response, CP 65 regulation response, REACH regulation response, etc
